the woman you see in the crosswalk just did something amazingly dumb
She is the drivere of that VW. Hidden behind the tree in the lower right corner is a mail box. She stopped (in the crosswalk) with her hazard lights flashing. She got out crossed the road, put a letter in the box and then had to wait for traffic to stop to get back. She then goes straight across the intersection where she could have just pulled to the side (there is parallel parking there)

I parked in Baltimore yesterday, walked into a BBQ place, picked up my carryout, and then pulled the ticket off my windshield wiper. Boo and hiss, but I knew I could get a ticket.
